Through 6 Core Sessions, we’ll walk through the types of support (emotional, physical, spiritual/philosophical, advocacy, informational, social) as well as the practical sides of this work while also giving you tools to care for your own well-being as you support others through loss.

You'll Learn:

  • The scope and role of a bereavement doula

  • Emotional frameworks, companioning, and self-care 

  • How to build networks, support clients, and act as a trusted advocate

  • What to say, when to say it, and how to provide clear, compassionate answers

  • How to navigate big questions including faith, meaning, and how to respond mindfully
